Slimline Christmas card

 This will likely be the only blog post with "chatter" I personally dislike trying to find out how to make a card or a pot of soup via blogs. The main reason I dislike finding directions is because blogs tend to tell you everything in the world except what you need before they FINALLY get around to the actual directions/recipe. I have taken an informal poll and discovered this to be the general feeling all around. 

So, my upcoming post will be minamilstic for this reason. It's not that I actually don't have anything going on other than cards! Also, bear with me as I don't have fancy equipment (yet) so can't do much video, as I can afford it I'll be adding on video etc.. For now, stills will be the way to go, I'll try to produce high quality stills for you step by step. 

I hope you enjoy this format and will pass it on and help me get followers on this blog. That being said, I'll give you a brief Bio. 

My name is Lisa SteeleI live in Hayden, CO which is smack dab in the middle of about nowhere NW Colorado. I'm married to John, my high school sweetheart, but how we got to this spot is a really long twisty tale!  I'm 4 hours away from the nearst craft store, so I either buy my products online or send my poor mother shopping! I have 3 sons and 5 granddaughers who are all spoiled rotten. Speaking of spoiled, I have 2 dogs, both are so spoiled salt won't save them! Maizey (our Goldendoodle) is 3 and Dobby our Dobidoodle is 1, IMHO both are the cutest dogs ever and as I said, spoiled, no, let's correct that, Loved! 

So, that's about it for the general bio. In upcoming blogs as I said I'll be light on the personal stuff, and heavy on card making. I also from time to time will do a picture frame or other item related to paper crafting. I hope you'll enjoy my blog! Thanks for dropping by.
